Payments

A non refundable deposit of $300.00 is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The balance in full is due 30 days before arrival or the reservation is cancelled.

Security deposit

$300.00 is also required along with the payment in full. This is fully refundable, 30 days after your departure once  the home is inspected with results of no damages*.

* if damages do result which incur a cost higher then the security deposit the balance of the damages will be charged to you
