This home is equipped to have a maximum of 8 people

HOUSEHOLD WASTE GARBAGE (BROWN BIN) is collected once a week on TUESDAYS and

RECYCLING (BLUE BIN) is collected once a week on FRIDAYS.

On collection day BY 7:00 AM, please place all HOUSEHOLD WASTE GARBAGE within the BROWN BIN and all RECYCLING within the BLUE BIN, to the curb side with the handle facing towards the home.

Please pull the bins back to the top of the Driveway no later then 7:00 AM the following day.

GARBAGE left beside or outside of the garbage bin will incur a fee of $25.00. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but these rules are imposed by the local authorities and not the homeowners.

Both patio doors have security bars on them please use them when you lock up  for the night or are leaving the home.

The doors & windows are alarmed.
  
If doors & windows are left open for more then 5 minutes the air conditioning will turn off automatically & will restart once the doors & windows are closed up again.

The home is approximately 12 minutes from Walt Disney World

There is 24 hour a day shopping at Walmart and is approximately 8 minutes away

A Deposit of $300.00 is required at time of booking to hold the reservation which is non refundable.

The balance in full & a security deposit of  $300.00 is required 30 days before your arrival date or the reservation is cancelled (the security deposit is fully refundable within 30 days once the property is inspected that results with no damages).

The cost of the rental is  non refundable unless you have purchased cancellation insurance

There are No pets are allowed in the home

Pool heat is available for a fee & must be arranged and paid for with your payment in full 30 days before your arrival.
